In which Maddy and I walk in a large circle wearing inappropriate footwear.

Standard

Today the temperature was a lovely 50 degrees. The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, and the good people of Bozeman were out in shorts and Birkenstocks. Maddy and I decided to go downtown and walk around for a while. Upon arriving downtown we could not find a parking spot on Main Street so we parked on a side street. Five seconds after we got out of the car, I had to pee. So, off we went to the library, and then back to the car to get Maddy’s jacket. The sun decided to shine the entire drive over and then go behind a massive cloud while we walked.

After our sunless walk, we went to our favorite coffee shop for a cup of coffee and a cookie. And guess what?? The sun came out while we were driving, and while we were inside. Good timing.  On the drive home we blasted songs from Les Miserables with the windows down. It was a wonderful “spring” day, and a magnificent break from the cold. ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage
